Distance: 10 km
Duration: 1½ Hours
Price: from DKK 300
Denmark is known for its design and architecture and this is not by chance. The city is full of architectural pearls and on this architecture tour runners will take in the breathtaking views of iconic The Opera, The Black Diamond and the Copenhagen Playhouse.
We will run along the harbour and stop by some of the waterfront’s less known buildings and runners will learn the thoughts and ideas of the architects.
This architecture tour will also pass some of the newest initiatives in terms of city development and we will illustrate how the efforts of making Copenhagen more alive and interactive are implemented. You will understand how the Copenhageners “use” the city and what developments are being done, only to increase life quality in the city.
Don’t be surprised if your guide talks with immense passion about the buildings and city developments, as architecture (along with food) is something that can truly excite us.
We love the way the city continues to develop from an architectural perspective and we can’t wait to share this with you.
Experience the unique Copenhagen architecture on this running architecture tour. Architecture and design is almost as inherent a part of our culture as our Danish pastries, so what are you waiting for!
